After pouring over ads and reviews trying to find the perfect builder, we chose Larry Good Homes, builders in the area for over 40 years with commitment to quality. We couldn't have chosen anyone better to build our new home. We had a great working relationship as we were planning our custom home. Following the "breaking of ground" in February until receiving our keys in June, there was open communication from everyone involved in the building process. Our completed new home totally met all our expectations.
We have everything we need and also lawn maintenance, snow removal, spring sprucing up with mulching and trimming in our manicured yard. We're very pleased there will be no heavy yardwork for us anymore.

Since moving into our new home, it seems like we are always telling someone how happy we are n our decision to build a Larry Good Patio Home. Having a new home built can be a very overwhelming and scary process. We can say from the very first visit to the model home, we were impressed. During the design process, the LGH team listened to our suggestions and designed a home for our family's changing needs. Kathy (Sales Consultant) guided us through design decisions, recapping details and making sure no item was forgotten. We recently had Larry Good Homes build for us in Forest Creek Village, and would like to share our experience. This was the first home we had built, so as you can imagine, we had a lot of questions going into the process. From the beginning at the model home, everyone was very patient to answer these and to provide us with several ideas on new homes. Once we decided to build a stand alone house, we were given different floorplans to consider and discuss and could modify to our choices. We had a few items that would be pleasing to us and the response was always positive and made them happen. The communication throughout the building process was good. Since we did not live close to the building site, we always felt we were just a phone call or email away from getting an answer and this goes to the top with Brian Good who took the time to communicate with us.
